Quectel EG18-EA is an LTE Cat 18 IoT modules in an LGA form factor measuring 39.5mm x 37mm x 2.8mm, which meets the 3GPP Release 12 standard. The EG18-NA is compatible with Quectel's Cat 6 and 12 modules EG06 and EG12, to enable ease of migration between different categories.
Delivering maximum downlink rates of 1.2Gbps and uplink rates of 150Mbps under LTE, Quectel EG18-EA supports a range of applications that require fast and reliable transmission of large amounts of data, and multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) technology meets demands for data rate and link reliability. A wide range of internet protocols, industry-standard interfaces and functionalities (such as USB serial drivers for Windows 7/8/8.1/10, and Linux) allow the module to serve a wide range of IoT applications with demanding data transmission requirements.
