Fibocom SC171 5G Sub-6 Smart Module

Fibocom SC171 is a new 5G Sub-6 Smart Module powered by the Qualcomm QCM6490 IoT solution. It adopts an octa-core processor as well as Qualcomm® Adreno™ 642L GPU, with robust computing power. It supports 5G standalone network (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) network architectures, it is also backward compatible with LTE/ WCDMA network standards, featuring DL 4x4 MIMO as well as UL 2x2 MIMO.

Fibocom SC171 enables maximum 5 channels camera inputs, supports full HD resolution and dual-screen multi-displays, which allow smooth 4K video playing, providing excellent quality images display. Other multimedia capabilities include 4K@30fps video encode and 4K@60fps decode, as well as multiple audio and voice functionalities.

Fibocom SC171 module supports multi-constellation GNSS receiver (GPS/GLONASS/BeiDou), which provides accurate positioning and navigation while greatly simplifies product design. It is equipped with Android 12 operating system, which allows subsequent OS upgrades. The module supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 as well as a rich set of interfaces (dual USB/dual PCIe/MIPI/UART/SPI/I2C), enabling much flexibility and ease of integration to meet various application demands of the AIoT industry.
