SIMCOM SIM9650L-W is a high efficiency AI smart module with Android 14 system, embedded with Octa-core 64-bit ARM V8 processor up to 2.7GHz and Adreno 643 GPU, supporting OpenGL ES 3.2 and OpenCL 2.0. The module contains DSP with Dual HVX and Hexagon Tensor Accelerator, more than 14 Tops AI ability. SIM9650L-W also integrates short distance communication, including Wi-Fi 6E and BT 5.2. It can support multiple high resolution cameras and dual screen displays, and has powerful high data transfer and multimedia processing capability.

SIMCOM SIM9650L-W has abundant interfaces and can be connected with camera, display screen, audio, sensors and other equipments. It supports multi-dimensional data collection and man-machine interfaces. The interfaces including MIPI_DSI/CSI/UART/SPI/I2C/GPIO/USB greatly expand the applications, and make the module suitable for smart POS, Logistics terminals, VR/AR devices, intelligent robots, vehicle devices, intelligent cockpit, intelligent information acquisition devices, industrial PDA and intelligent handheld terminals.
