Quectel RM500Q-CN 5G Sub-6GHz M.2 Module

Quectel RM500Q-CN is a high-performance, cost-effective 5G Sub-6 GHz module in M.2 package specially designed for IoT/eMBB applications. Compliant with 3GPP Release 15 technology, it automatically adapts 5G NR NSA and SA dual-module network, supporting TDD and FDD dual-modes, and supporting dual cards. Designed in M.2 form factor, RM500Q-CN is compatible with LTE-A Cat 6 EM06, Cat 12 EM12-G, EM120R-GL and EM121R-GL, and Cat 16 EM160R-GL, it's convenient for users to move from LTE-A to 5G.
