The Netgear AirCard 790S is the first mobile hotspot in Aircard 7X0s who supports the LTE Cat6 with up to 300 Mbit/s in the download. Technical Features

If you live in an area covered with LTE-A field and has a micro-SIM card with an appropriate data plan, using Carrier Aggregation, two 20 MHz bands are combined into a 40-MHz band in downlink, so as to allow download speeds of up to 300 Mbit/s. Carrier aggregation of 2 x LTE2600 is supported as well as the pooling of 2.600 and 1.800 MHz.
