  • Clients Cannot Access the Internet Properly

Procedure

  1. Check that clients are connected to the Huawei B618 4G Router
  2. Check that the Huawei B618 4G Routeris powered on properly.
  3. Check that the Huawei B618 4G Routeris in a location covered by communication networks and that the signal strength is strong.

Procedure

  1. Check whether there are potential interference sources or shielding objects near the Huawei B618 4G Router. If any, adjust the placement of the Huawei B618 4G Router.
  2. Check and record the settings of the following parameters on the clients and the Huawei B618 4G Router: SSID, Encryption mode, and security key. The service set identifier (SSID) of the clients must be set to ANYor be same as that set on the Huawei B618 4G Router. Procedure

  1. Check whether the Huawei B618 4G Routeris accessing the Internet using dial-up connection.
