Quectel RM520F is a second-generation 5G Sub-6GHz module based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon X65 modem-RF system. Compliant with 3GPP Release 16 standards, it is designed in an M.2 form factor for high-performance applications like industrial routers, home gateways, and rugged computing.

Quectel RM520F series contains two variants: RM520F-GL and RM520F-BL. It supports Qualcomm IZat location technology Gen 9VT (GPS, GLONASS, BDS, Galileo and QZSS). The integrated GNSS receiver greatly simplifies product design and provides quicker, more accurate and more dependable positioning capability.
