Quectel HCM111Z Bluetooth Module

Quectel HCM111Z is a cost-effective MCU Bluetooth module introduced by Quectel. It features a Cortex-M3 processor with a high clock speed of up to 48 MHz and supports BLE 5.3, providing a maximum data rate of 2 Mbps. It is equipped with 48 KB of SRAM and 512 KB of flash memory.

Quectel HCM111Z comes in a surface-mount LCC package with an extremely compact form factor measuring 15.0mm x 12.0 mm x 2.25 mm. This compact package size maximally satisfies the demand for small-sized module products in end-user applications and is compatible with a variety of structural designs.
