Quectel RM500U-CN 5G Sub-6GHz M.2 Module

Quectel RM500U-CN is a high-performance, cost-effective 5G Sub-6 GHz module in M.2 package specially designed for IoT/eMBB applications. Compliant with 3GPP Release 15 technology, it automatically adapts 5G NR NSA and SA dual-module network, supporting TDD and FDD dual-modes, and supporting dual cards. It is backward compatible with 4G/3G, and the package design and pin definition are compatible with Quectel's 5G module RM500Q series.

Quectel RM500U-CN module has built-in rich network protocols, integrated rich peripheral interfaces. It provides PCIe*/USB/SDIO*/UART/SPI/I2C*/I2S/GPIOs and other communication interfaces, and supports multiple drivers and software functions. It also supports VoLTE (optional), VoNR* (optional), DFOTA*, Audio, eSIM* (optional), greatly expanding its application scenarios in the IoT industry. Quectel RM500U-CN can be widely used in vertical industries such as industrial routers, home networking, industrial PDA, smart education, high-definition video, smart city, home entertainment and so on.
