Change Wi-Fi name (SSID)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

First, connect your PC, smartphone or tablet to your Vodafone GigaCube CAT19 via Wi-Fi.<\/p>\n

  1. Enter\u00a0http: \/\/giga.cube\u00a0<\/strong>or 192<\/strong>.168.8.1<\/strong>\u00a0in the address\u00a0bar of<\/strong>\u00a0the browser.<\/li>\n
  2. Enter\u00a0<\/strong>the\u00a0router login password<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on Login<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Dial from the GigaCube web interface >\u00a0WLAN\u00a0<\/strong>>\u00a0WLAN Security<\/strong>\u00a0Settings.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. For WLAN name (SSID) gigacube-F2CE click on the\u00a0pen\u00a0<\/strong>under the Options<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Enter a new name under WLAN Name (SSID).\u00a0This name can have up to 32 characters.<\/li>\n
  7. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  8. Restart your GigaCube Cat19<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Change Wi-Fi password<\/h3>\n

    1. Dial from the GigaCube web interface >\u00a0WLAN\u00a0<\/strong>>\u00a0WLAN Security<\/strong>\u00a0Settings.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Select the desired SSID for the 2.4GHz or 5GHz work band for editing.<\/li>\n
    3. Enter\u00a0<\/strong>your personal Wi-Fi password\u00a0if you have a\u00a0Wi-Fi password.
      \nTip<\/strong>: For your safety, we recommend combining letters and numbers.\u00a0The Wi-Fi password must be at least 16 characters long.<\/li>\n
    4. Click\u00a0Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    5. You will see the following info: Your settings will be saved.\u00a0Configuration completed, the system restarts WLAN.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
