Recently, there was\u00a0a corresponding demo\u00a0at the Mobile World Congress\u00a0together with the network equipment supplier <a href=\"http:\/\/www.4gltemall.com\/4g-brand\/Huawei.html\">Huawei<\/a>.\u00a0In theory, Vodafone could also bundle significantly more frequency spectrum and thus introduce 4CC or 5CC carrier aggregation, but the provider has so far restricted itself to Triple Carrier Aggregation (LTE 800 + LTE 1800 + LTE 2600).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>NB-IoT is used in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.4gltemall.com\/ue-by-spectrum\/band-8-ues.html\">LTE band 8<\/a>, that is to say in the 900 MHz range parallel to GSM, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.4gltemall.com\/ue-by-spectrum\/band-20-ues.html\">band 20 (800 MHz)<\/a> is also to be used.\u00a0Up to now Telekom has bundled three frequency bands by means of carrier aggregation.
