NetGear AC810<\/strong>: a new hotspot for future<\/p>\n

The Netgear AC810\u00a0is a new 4G hotspot router that works with the SIM card of a mobile operator in micro-SIM format.\u00a0Compatible Class 11 for 4G LTE, it achieves data rates up to 600 Mbps.\u00a0We also note the presence of a Dual Band mode (2.4GHz and 5GHz) to get better rates.\u00a0We also note that it is compatible with networks 4G LTE and 3G in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, as well as 3G networks worldwide. That’s great to take the aircard 810s when traveling.<\/p>\n

The Netgear AC810S<\/a><\/strong> can connect through the simple creation of a Wi-Fi 802.11 ac standard.\u00a0By default, it already has a network name and a password, which are indicated under the battery but you can easily change these settings through the onboard menu.<\/p>\n

Automatic management of the SIM card<\/h2>\n

If you insert a SIM card that also includes calls, SMS and MMS and not just the data as in our tests, you can view the SMS directly on the AC810 via the Messages menu.\u00a0Here we have used a SIM card\u00a0from France network carrier Bouygues Telecom.\u00a0We must then enter the PIN code of the SIM card so that the hotspot automatically retrieves the operator settings.<\/p>\n

A touch screen for the Netgear AC810s<\/h2>\n

The screen quality is good but do not expect to the retina.\u00a0Here the touch screen is simple but effective; it navigates\u00a0in the menus like on a\u00a0smartphone.\u00a0The buttons and back home are also tactile.\u00a0This is a 2.4-inch LCD colors.
